written & directed by Kinga Suto, the d-monster film is a quirky animated live action film that tells the story of Inga, a young country bumpkin, who moves to the city to become a screenwriter only to discover she must first survive the internship.

originally a twenty-two character one person show, written & performed by Kinga Suto, the solo show was penned into a screenplay and chosen from hundreds of applicants by the AFI DWW panel to be made in the prestigious AFI Directing Workshop for Women

AFI's Directing Workshop for Women (DWW) has been a major force in
training women in narrative filmmaking since 1974. Over 225 women have
been given the opportunity to participate in this innovative and unique
training program for tomorrow's directors.
